Between now and beyond.

Beginning to re-define my daily practices and what is important, what deserves time. Here is my short list for the summer.

1. Daily Meditation

Morning and Night…

2. Care for my body through pleasurable physical exercise and intake of things good.

3. Devote myself to the Art and the characters that deserve my attention, love, respect and admiration.

4. Read, write, study, enjoy.

5. Prepare for what is important and soon to come…

6. LOVE. Always love.
